You must email your request to return the Chirp product to email@example.com for a return authorization within 45 calendar days of the receipt of the product. We will provide you with a return label for the return of your Chirp cleanser. Upon receipt of the returned Chirp cleanser, we will credit the purchase price, less the return cost of shipping, back to the original card. If you do not ask for a return authorization within 45 calendar days of the receipt of your Chirp cleanser, then the following warranty information applies.
LIFETIME WARRANTY ON CLEANSING HEAD
Chirp’s cleansing head never needs replacing and, if it does need to be replaced due to damage from Normal Use (defined below), it comes with a lifetime warranty. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with reasonable supporting evidence of purchase and we will send out a replacement head.
CHIRP LIMITED WARRANTY
Important: by using your Chirp product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Chirp one-year limited warranty (the “Limited Warranty”) as set out below. Do not use your product until you have read the terms of this Warranty. If you do not agree to the terms of this Warranty, do not use the product and return it within the return period set forth in the Return Policy for a refund within the stated return period.
Chirp Products, LLC (“Chirp”) warrants this device for a period of one (1) year after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device (the “Limited Warranty”). For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “Normal Use” means ordinary consumer use under normal home conditions according to the instruction manual included with the Product.
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you will be required to provide Chirp Products, LLC. with original proof of purchase date.
What is covered?
Chirp warrants to the original purchaser that your Chirp-branded product and any Chirp-branded product accessories (collectively, the "Product") shall be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Limited Warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the Chirp cleanser.
What is NOT covered?
The Limited Warranty does not apply to the following: (i) cosmetic deterioration caused by reasonable wear and tear; (ii) damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect; (iii) the Product or a part of the Product has been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by Chirp; or (iv) the Product was purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller. Any attempt to open or take apart the Chirp cleanser will void the Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product that was purchased from this website.
What will Chirp do in the event you have a Limited Warranty claim?
If you discover a defect and notify Chirp during the warranty period, Chirp will, at its discretion: (i) replace the device free of charge; or (ii) repair the Product so it is equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Claims under this Limited Warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renewed 1-year warranty coverage. In the situation that your Product has been discontinued, we may provide you with a replacement product of the same model, but with a different color or design.
In the event of such a claim, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by Chirp itself or through its authorized reseller or agent and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law. When a Product or part is replaced or a refund provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes Chirp’s property.
How do I obtain warranty service?
To obtain warranty service, a return authorization must be requested from our customer service team. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com. You must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Chirp.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, Chirp requires you to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with other requirements before receiving warranty service.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHIRP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE CHIRP PRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE Chirp PRODUCT. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
